县区与统县政区:民国时期赣北行政区划之调整(1912—1937)

The County and the County Administrative Region Adjustment of Administrative Divisions: the North of Jiangxi Province in the Republic of China Period(1912-1937)

民国时期(1912—1937),赣北地区行政区划进行了重大调整,由于行政区划历史的继承性,赣北地区统县政区的辖县范围大抵沿袭了清代府治的基础;但鉴于地理环境和经济、交通状况的差异以及稳定地方统治的便利,在县区与统县政区的层面上作出了多次调整,一定程度上凸显了统县政区始终处于"废"与"立"之间、县区在隶属不同的统县政区之间徘徊的特征。

The period of the Republic of China（1912- 1937）, the administrative division of northern Jiangxi had made a significant adjustment. Due to the inheritance of administrative division of his tory, the scope of the county in northern Jiangxi county area mostly followed the Qing Dynasty palace foundation; but in view of the differences in geographical environment, economic and traffic conditions and in order to provide convenience for the Red Army of northern Jiangxi and its ＂encirclement and suppression＂ in base areas, several adjustments were made in the level of county and the county district, to a certain extent, highlighting characteristics that the county administrative region always stood between ＂abolition＂ and ＂establishment＂ and that the county belonged to different administrative regions.
