Interact between Faith and Space:——An Analysis on the Plague Stories in Yi Jian Zhi

从空间角度分析《夷坚志》所录行瘟故事,府州县政区范围、边界山川河流以及里坊空间,既充当故事的最初背景环境,也受到瘟疫信仰特质的浸染。以行瘟为切入点,重新观察地方神祇集团,对剖析神祇的等级体系、确定瘟神本身的层级地位与庙宇空间特征,解读地方长官与神祇间非现实层面的交通现象等,也有所助益。

Analyzed from the view of space, in the plague stories recorded in ＂Yi Jian Zhi＂, the administrative region government scope of Prefecture and County, the boundary rivers and mountains and alleys space, are not only as the original background environment of these stories, but also disseminated by the plague faith traits. Taking the plague as the starting point and re-observing the local gods group, is also helpful to analyze the hierarchy of the gods, to determine the level targeting of the Misery and the spatial characteristics of the temple, to interpretate the communication phenomenon in unreality level between the governor and the gods, etc.
