干喷湿法PAN原丝喷头稳定性探讨

Investigation on the stability of spinneret for dry dry jet-wet spinning PAN precursor

分别从喷头原液均一性、喷丝板及其内部组件、空气层高度、凝固浴液面波动等角度出发,探讨了不同原因对干喷湿法PAN原丝喷头稳定性的影响。指出干喷湿法喷头的稳定对PAN原丝生产线的稳定性起着决定性意义。

The stability dry jet-wet spinning spinneret plays a decisive significance to the stability of the production line. The influences of different reasons on the stability of spinneret for dry jet-wet spinning PAN precursor were explored from dope homogeneity in spinneret, spinneret and its inner components, air layer height, fluctuation of coagulation solution bath level respectively.
