摘要
分析了各工段条件对PAN原丝并丝的影响,并结合光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对并丝的特征及其对原丝性能的影响做了研究。结果表明,并丝将导致最终碳纤维产品性能的下降,甚至影响正常生产;原丝生产各工段均会对并丝产生影响,要减少并丝需要做好生产的过程控制。
Analyzed the influences of conditions of each step to coherent PAN precursors by mean of optical microscope(OM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), and researched the influence of coherent precursor characteristics to the properties of precursor. The result showed that coherent precursors will lead to decrease the properties of final carbon fiber and even the normal production. Each step of precursor process will influence the generation of coherent precursors, the production process should be controlled in order to reduce coherent precursors.
