In teaching practice, some teachers, because of insufficient study of psychological laws in teaching, have influenced negatively the students' physical and mental development and teaching results. To change this situation, this paper is intended to, by analysis Of various psychological phenomena in classroom teaching, emphasize that educators should probe constantly education laws and give students effective psychological guide so as to achieve better teaching results.
