摘要 在教学实践中,由于一些教师对教学心理规律缺乏研究,影响了教学的效果,本文从教学过程中出现的心理现象谈起,倡导教育工作者在实践中不断摸索教育规律,坚持有效心理导向,以取得良好的教学效果。 In teaching practice, some teachers, because of insufficient study of psychological laws in teaching, have influenced negatively the students' physical and mental development and teaching results. To change this situation, this paper is intended to, by analysis Of various psychological phenomena in classroom teaching, emphasize that educators should probe constantly education laws and give students effective psychological guide so as to achieve better teaching results.
