摘要
首先介绍了NTC热敏电阻的类型以及各类NTC热敏电阻的研究进展，然后详细地阐述了NTC热敏电阻的制备工艺．并且探讨了NTC热敏电阻的导电机理，最后总结了NTC热敏电阻的研究热点及发展方向。
Firstly, the types of NTC thermistor and the research progress of all kinds of NTC thermistor are introduced. Then the preparation technology of NTC thermistor is reviewed in detail, and the conductive mechanism of the NTC thermistor is discussed briefly. Finally the research focus and developing direction of NTC thermistor are summarized.
