NaGdF4:Yb0.2Er0.02纳米颗粒的合成及其上转换发光性质研究

摘要 通过调节Na/RE比例,并在高沸点有机溶剂中采用热分解法合成了一系列NaGdF4:Ybn2Er0.02纳米颗粒。利用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和日立F-4600荧光分光光度计分别对样品的物相、形貌、颗粒尺寸及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:样品的结晶度、物相及发光性能均依赖于Na/RE比例。Na/RE比例为1的TEM图片显示,合成的NaGdF4:Yb0.2Er0.02纳米颗粒的形貌较为均一,颗粒平均直径约为20nm与德拜一谢乐公式计算结果相一致。 A series of NaGdF4:Yb0.2Er0.02 nanoparticles were prepared by thermal decomposition method of tuning the ratio of Na/RE in oleic acid and 1-octadecene solution. The samples were characterized by using X-ray power diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Hitachi F-4600 fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showed that the crystalline, phases and luminescent properties of the samples were dependent on the Na/RE ratio. TEM images of Na/RE=I showed that synthetic NaGdF4:Yb0.2Er0.02 sample with more uniform morphology, and the average particle diameter of about 20 nm was consistent with the results of Debye-Scherrer formula.
