卟啉化壳聚糖超分子微球的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 采用单羧基苯基卟啉嫁接壳聚糖,并用红外光谱进行了表征。利用卟啉分子的疏水性与壳聚糖分子的亲水性,在液相条件下制备了卟啉化壳聚糖分子微球。采用激光粒度仪验证了卟啉化壳聚糖分子微球在水/四氢呋喃液相中形成了卟啉分子在内壳聚糖在外的分子微球,SEM观察结果进一步证实了卟啉化壳聚糖分子微球的存在。 We use chitosan and porphyrin molecules to synthesize chitosan compound with porphyrin. In liquid phase, we identified the formation of molecular microspheres for this compound that chitosan molecules are out and porphyrin molecules are inside by Laser particle size analyzer (LPSA). SEM results further confirmed that Porphyrin-functionized chitosan in liquid phase can form polymer microspheres.
