摘要
企业中普遍存在一个有趣而重要的组织现象——"兄弟并不平等"。本文通过个案研究考察了国有企业部门地位的演化机制:部门地位演化是一个旧系统的制度遗存继续存在和新价值观逐渐灌输给组织及其成员的微观制度变迁过程,推动演化的动力来自于制度压力、组织授权和部门认可这三个层面,遵循马太效应("强者愈强,弱者愈弱")的演化逻辑发生正当化或去正当化过程,从而形成了独特的部门地位结构。部门地位演化有效展现了组织内部形态变化的嵌入性问题,从而丰富了转型经济中制度变迁的认识。
This article explores a fascinating and important phenomenon. Department status evolution distinctly reveals the embeddedness of micro-institutional change and effectively enriches the understanding of institutional change in transaction economies.
