云南口岸与“一带一路”建设:现状、问题和对策

An Investigation of Role of the Ports of Yunnan in the Implementation of“the Belt and Road”Initiative

云南口岸是连接南亚、东南亚的重要节点,在"一带一路"建设中具有重要地位。但作为与缅甸、越南、老挝接壤的沿边口岸,云南口岸情况复杂,政策沟通、贸易流通、道路畅通、资金流通和民心沟通等互联互通中机遇与挑战并存。为进一步发挥其开放门户的功能,仍需在协调中央政府和地方政府之间、国内和国外之间的关系上进一步深入改革和探索。

Yunnan is an important point connecting China, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, thus, it plays a significant role in ＂the Belt and Road＂ Initiative. However, as the border port connecting Myanmar, Vietnam, and Laos, Yunnan port has to face complicated situations, policy communication, trade flows, road connectivity, financial flows, and people understanding all have illustrated that opportunities and challenges are exist at same time during the connectivity process. In order to further play its functions as an open portal, which still need coordination between central government and local governments to further deepen reforms and explorations based on the domestic and foreign relations.
