摘要
针对重型汽车推力杆的实际工况要求,设计推力杆用自润滑关节轴承,介绍了轴承的设计方案和加工要点,以及摩擦副的选择、球头销及外圈的挤压成形。经试验证明,自润滑关节轴承采用的新型双金属自润滑材料具有高承载、耐冲击、耐磨损、长寿命、免维护自润滑的特性,避免了对环境的污染。
According to actual working condition requirements for thrust rod of heavy - duty automobile, the self - lu- bricating spherical plain bearings are designed for thrust rod. The design scheme and key points of bearings, selection of friction pair, extrusion forming of ball head pin and outer rings are introduced. The experiment proves that the new type bimetallic self - lubricating material for self - lubricating spherical plain bearings is characterized with high load carrying capacity, impact resistance, wear resistance, long life and maintenance - free self - lubrication, so as to avoid pollution to environment.
