摘要
以某轿车变速箱轴承L形截面套圈为研究对象,对套圈冷辗成形工艺进行设计和优化;以ABAQUS/EXPLICIT为平台模拟套圈的冷辗成形过程,并用试验对模拟的可靠性进行验证,模拟结果与试验结果较为一致,验证了优化毛坯冷辗方案的合理性,对该类轴承套圈冷辗成形具有实际指导意义。
Taking rings with L - shaped section for gearbox bearings used in certain passenger cars as research object, the cold rolling forming process for rings is designed and optimized. The ABAQUS/EXPLICIT is used as a platform to simulate cold rolling forming process for rings, and the reliability of simulation is verified by experiments. The simula- tion result is coincident with experimental result. The rationality of optimal scheme is verified for cold rolling of blank, which has practical guiding significance for cold rolling forming of this kind of bearing rings.
