摘要
从尺度问题出发,研究磨削原理和磨削热缺陷产生的机理,分析磨削过程中的能量流动,以及磨削原理和磨削热缺陷形成时所包含的尺度问题。研究表明:磨削热缺陷的控制是基于深入认知的尺度问题,进而预判和排除在各种不同的磨削情况下导致某种尺度失控的因素。
Starting from scale problems, the grinding principle and generation mechanism of grinding heat defects are studied. The energy flow in grinding process, the scale problems about grinding principle and grinding heat defects are analyzed. The research shows that the control of grinding heat defects is scale problem based on in - depth understanding, the factors leading to a certain incontrollable scale are predicted and excluded under different grinding conditions.
