摘要
以7005C/P4轴承为试验对象,利用正交试验方法制定了试验方案,探究了精密角接触球轴承内、外圈沟道参数对其振动加速度值的影响。利用因素极差分析和水平趋势分析方法,得出了内、外圈沟道圆度、波纹度和表面粗糙度对7005C/P4精密轴承振动影响的相对重要性,找出了各因素的较优水平和最优组合。
Taking the bearings 7005 C/P4 as test object, the test scheme is formulated by using orthogonal test meth- od. The influence of parameters for inner and outer ring raceway of precision angular contact ball bearings on its vibra- tion acceleration value is explored. The relative importance for influence of roundness, waviness and surface roughness of inner and outer ring raceway on vibration of precision bearings 7005C/P4 is obtained by using factor range analysis and level trend analysis method, and the better level of various factors and optimal combination are found out.
