妊娠期和产后急性、严重高血压疾病是围产期孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一,需要规范且有效的诊疗控制严重升高的收缩压和舒张压。本文就妊娠期与产后急性及严重高血压疾病及其常见并发症HELLP综合征的治疗进展进行讨论。

Acute-onset, severe hypertension during pregnancy and the postpartum period is one of the main causes of peripartum death, which requires standardized and effective management for severe systolic and diastolic hypertension. In this article, we reviewed the progress in the management of acuteonset, severe hypertension and the common complication HELLP syndrome during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
