摘要一、概述 1．Apgar评分的发展史：Apgar评分是Apgar在1952年制定的，根据新生儿娩出后1min的临床情况决定是否需进行干预的呼吸快速评分方法。1958年Apgar发表了一项大样本研究报告，建立了产后新生儿标准评估方法：Apgar评分。
