关于下岗职工再就业问题的思考

The Problems of the Laidoff Workers and Their Re-employment

文章对现阶段我国经济体制改革不断深化，出现的职工下岗，再就业等社会现象和社会现实问题进行探讨，认为这一现实问题的解决，关系到改革的大局，不仅是一个经济问题，而且是一个不容忽视的社会政治问题，要真正解决好这一问题，只有发展经济，才是解决下岗职工再就业问题的根本出路。

With the deepening of the reform of our country's economic regime and the changing into the system of the market economy, some workers and staff members lost their jobs from the organizations they formerly belonged to. It's a social phenomenon and a social problem we cannot avoid. The author pays close attention to this present problem and thinks deeply of it. After studying the relevant policies of the Party Central Committee, the author realizes that whether we can solve the problem of the laidoff workers and plays a very important part in the overall stable situation of economy but also a problem pf social politics that cannot be ignored. On the basis of making some social investigations, the author writes this article for the purpose of pre- senting the meagre strategy. We believe that under the guidance of the Party's correct policy and with the fundamental guarantee of the socialist system, the unemployed workers and staff members can reobtain employment. The difficulty is transient and the future is bright.
