移动式床旁CT颅脑扫描临床应用分析 被引量:7

Clinical application of protable bedside CT in the neurosurgical hospital

摘要 目的评估移动式床旁CT(PBCT)-Cere Tom的性能,分析临床应用价值及存在问题。方法选取于北京军区总医院附属八一脑科医院2010年8月至2015年1月收治的51 972例次患者,年龄1 d^106岁,使用PBCT-Cere Tom进行床旁头颅扫描检查。结果总计行头颅扫描51 972例次,扫描层厚5 mm,采用螺旋扫描时间为20~30 s,非螺旋扫描时间为50~60 s。全部扫描没有因为图像质量差而重复检查,也无扫描时患者发生意外事件及并发症。结论 PBCTCere Tom安全、操作简便,能提供高质量的颅脑断层影像学诊断。特别适合于病情危重及颅脑术后搬动不便的患者实施头部床旁检查。 Objective To evaluate the performance of portable bedside CT (PBCT)-CereTom, and analysis the problems and value of clinical application. Method 51 972 cases head scanning by PBCT-CereTom in Bayi Brain Hospital of the Military General Hospital of Beijing PLA from August 2010 to January 2015, aged 1 d^106 y. Results 51 972 cases underwent head scanning, 5 mm scan slice thickness, spiral scanning time was 20~30s, non-spiral scanning time was 50~60 s. No repeated scanning for poor image quality and no accidents and complications occurred during when scanning in all of these cases. Conclusion The PBCT-CereTom has advantages such as safe, easy to operate, can provide high quality of tomography images, especially suitable for patients in critical conditions or unable to move after craniocerebral operation.
