重症脑损伤患者多有意识障碍,加上胃肠道粘膜的应激和临床中对营养的重视程度不够等情况,容易出现营养缺失,出现并发症时的处理措施不到位,导致此类患者在治疗过程中出现症状再次加重等可能。而重症脑损伤患者早期的营养支持在治疗过程中有着重要位置,因此对重症脑损伤患者的早期营养支持进行综述。
