河南省近期供用水现状分析及对策

Analysis of the current situations of water resource supply ＆ utilization in Henan Province and countermeasures

基于河南省2001年--2013年的降雨量、水资源量以及供用水量统计计算结果，分析了河南省近期水资源现状用水水平、供水保障程度、缺水情况和水资源开发利用程度，指出了近期河南省水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题。针对河南省水资源特点、近期供用水现状和存在的主要问题，提出了相应的工程措施和非工程措施，为河南省水中长期供求规划、水资源综合利用规划和水利综合规划等提供了科学依据。

Based on the statistical result of Henanwater resource and supply ＆ utilization form the year 2001 to 2013, The level of water resource utilization, The insurance degree of water supply, The shortage of water resource and the exploitation level are analyzed, the mostly existing problem for the exploitation and utilization of water resource in Henan province are pointed. Aiming at the characteristic and the problems, the project-measures and non-projcet-measures are provided,the scientific basis is supplied for the mid - long-term programming of the water supply,Comprehensive utilization of water resources planning and Integrated water resources planning in Henan Province.
