南水北调中线工程为受水区带来丰富水资源的同时，也不可避免的改变了受水区的供用水结构、产业结构、生活方式等，对受水区整个社会经济、生态环境等都将产生深远的影响。立足系统的观点，采取水资源配置的手段，系统分析了南水北调中线工程对受水区水资源配置效果的影响，为外调水对受水区的影响分析量化工作提供了一定的理论基础。

South-to-North Water Transfer Project to bring the receiving water rich in water resources,but also inevitably changed the receiving water for the water structure,industry structure,lifestyle,etc. ,on the receiving water the whole socio-economic, ecological and so will produce far-reaching impact. This article is based system point of view, resort to water allocation, the system analyzes the impact of North Water Transfer Project on water resources of the configuration,in order to transfer water to the receiving water impact analysis to quantify the work provides a theoretical basis.
