顶管技术在南水北调配套穿越河道工程中的应用

摘要 南水北调配套工程输水线路在穿越规模较大河道时,为保护地面生态环境,满足防洪等要求,采用非开挖方式穿越。针对穿越白河工程顶管工程在腐蚀性地下水、承压水等复杂地质环境中,为满足输水管线、河道防洪等要求,提出JPCCP(预应力钢筒混凝土)管材的应用,通过研究分析,解决在长距离穿越河道工程中管道密封性能、管道减阻顶进和中继间合拢处理等技术方案,保证顶管施工的顺利实施。 the south to north water diversion line supporting projects across the larger river, in order to protect the ecological environment, to meet the flood control requirements, the use of non exeavationerossing. In crossing the Baihe engineering pipe jacking engineering under complex geological environmentcorrosive groundwater, water pressure, in order to meet the water pipeline, river flood control requirements, put forward JPCCP(prestressed concrete cylinder pipe application), through research and analysis, to solvein the long distance pipeline across river project, the sealing performance of pipe jacking and relay of drag reduction between the closure processing technology plan, ensure the successful imple- mentation of pipe jacking construction.
