介绍了兰溪市的地理特征及兰溪市河道堤防数字化管理控制系统建设的必要性，明确兰溪市河道堤防数字化管理控制系统平台的设计原则，在遵循这些设计原则的基础上对系统平台的总体架构及应用功能进行设计、阐述和分析。数字化管理控制系统平台建成后将为兰溪市河道堤防的管理工作提供安全可靠、科学经济的技术保障。
