引黄入冀补淀工程总体输水线路分析比选

摘要 对大型长距离引调水工程而言,总体输水线路的选取至关重要。根据引调水工程的共性特点和引黄入冀补淀工程的具体需求,对拟定的多条总体输水线路在先定性分析、后定量比较的基础上,从工程布置、管理运行和环境影响等角度综合选定濮清南总体输水线路,为工程的后期建设奠定了基础;同时通过该工程线路的选取过程,总结归纳了该类工程线路比选的一般思路和步骤,为类似工程线路比选提供借鉴。 To select the overall line is important to the Large and distant water transfer project. According to the specific needs of the Yellow River-to-baiyangdian water transfer project and the common characteristics of the Large and distant water transfer project, Pu-Qing-South water line is selected to be the overall line of the Yellow River-to-baiyangdian water transfer project by combining operation and management, the engineering layout and comprehensive environmental impact, which is based on the qualitative analysis and quantitative comparison, then the scientific basis for the engineering construction on later stage has been offered. At the same time,through selecting the line of the project,the general ideas and steps for selecting the best line of similar projects has been summed up, then It offers experience for later.
