摘要
在无线通信系统中,对无线链路质量进行有效评估和预测是辅助高层协议设计、保障网络性能的基础。然而,节点移动、多径衰落、噪声和干扰等因素导致无线链路动态变化,尤其在复杂网络环境下,实时、准确的链路质量评估和预测面临巨大挑战,吸引国内外众多学者对此展开深入研究。本文对现有链路质量评估和预测方法进行全面和深入的调研,对设计思路和建模方法进行分析归类,探讨其优缺点和适用性。从应用需求角度,凝练未来链路质量评估与预测领域的发展趋势。
In wireless communication system,link quality estimation and prediction has a fundamental impact on the network performance and affects as well the design of higher layer protocols. However,it is well known that mobility,multi-path propagation,noise,interference and other unpredictable factors lead to link unreliability. Accurate link quality estimation and prediction are still a difficult task in the complex wireless environments. Therefore,it has been attracting a vast array of research works since ten years. This paper provides a comprehensive survey on representative works,covering modeling methods,merits and limitations. The last part presents the future development trends from the perspective of application.
