大学图书馆共同治理中的多主体策略选择分析

Analysis of the Multi-agent Strategy Selection of the University Library Shared Governance

[目的 /意义]大学图书馆治理是一个多主体互动参与下的博弈过程。运用利益相关者理论,归纳并提出具有中国特色的大学图书馆共同治理模式。[方法 /过程]通过对大学决策者、大学图书馆员和大学师生读者三个大学内部利益主体在图书馆共同治理中的策略选择进行分析,构建大学图书馆共同治理中的三方博弈模型。通过对模型的混合纳什均衡解进行分析,分别探讨主要利益相关者在大学图书馆共同治理过程中的策略选择及其收益情况。[结果 /结论]结合模型分析结果,提出构建大学图书馆共同治理模式的政策建议。

[ Purpose/significance]University library governance is a multi-interrelating game process. By using the stakeholder theory, this paper summarizes and proposes the mode of the university library shared governance with Chinese characteristics. [Method/process] Based on the analysis of strategy choices respectively made by university policy makers, university librarians and the readers of university teaehers and students in the university library shared governance, this paper built the three subjects dynamic game model of the university library shared governance. Through the analysis of mixed Nash equilibrium of the model, this paper respectively discusses the strategy choices and their benefits for major stakeholders in the university library shared governance. [Result/conclusion ] Finally, the policy recommendations of how to build the mode of the university library shared governance are put forward.
