Study on the Omics of Tongue Coating Formation Mechanisms

舌苔是中医舌诊的重要内容,反映机体生理病理状态,开展舌苔形成分子机理研究对推动中医舌诊客观化具有重要意义。现代组学研究非常适合开展中医复杂系统研究。文章综述了舌苔形成机制的"组学"研究进展,包括基因表达谱、蛋白组学、微生物组学和代谢组学方面的研究,希望可以为中医舌诊客观化研究提供新的思路。

Tongue coating,an important content of tongue diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）,can reflect the body physiological and pathological status. For the studies on TCM complicated system,the modern omics research is very valuable on the molecular mechanism of tongue coating formation. In this paper,the study progress of tongue coating formation mechanisms in omics were reviewed,including gene expression profile,proteome,microbiome and metabolome,so as to provide new idea for the objective research of TCM tongue diagnosis.
