摘要
目的研究栀子的果皮颜色与6种成分之间的关系。方法选取栀子的果皮颜色作为栀子外观的主征,对栀子外观主征进行量化,并分析栀子的外观主征和栀子中6种成分之间的关系。结果栀子中的绿原酸含量与果皮颜色色泽信息L值都呈显著关系,与L值呈负相关;L值和a值均和栀子苷的含量呈正相关,且a值的作用明显高于L值;京尼平苷酸的含量与L、a、b值都呈负相关;西红花苷-Ⅰ的含量与a值呈正相关;西红花苷-Ⅱ的含量与a值和b值呈正相关且a值的作用比b值大;而京尼平1-β-D龙胆二糖苷的含量与果皮颜色信息没有关系。结论栀子的果皮颜色与5种成分相关性显著,而京尼平1-β-D龙胆二糖苷的含量与果皮颜色信息相关性不明显,可以辨别栀子的药材的优劣,为栀子的生产实践提供一定的依据。
Objective To study the relationship between the peel color and the six components of Fructus. Methods The skin color of Gardenia was selected as the main sign of Gardenia,the main characteristics of Gardenia Fructus were quantified,and analyze the relationship between the appearance of the main features and six kinds of components of Gardenia. Results The content of chlorogenic acid was significantly related to the L value. The content of chlorogenic acid was negatively correlated with L value of Gardenia Fructus,both L and a values were positively correlated with the content of geniposide and a value was significantly higher than the L value,the content of L,a and b were negatively correlated with the content of the geniposide acid,the content of crocin-Ⅰ was positively correlated with a value and the function of a value is bigger than the b value,the content of genipin- 1- β- D- gentiobioside has nothing to do with the peel color of Gardenia Fructus. Conclusion The peel color was significantly correlation with the five components of Gardenia Fructus,however,the correlation is not obvious between the content of genipin-1- β- D- gentiobioside and the peel color of Gardenia Fructus. It can distinguish the quality of medicinal herbs and provide a basis for the production of Gardenia.
