甲状腺相关性眼病研究的分子机制及最新进展 被引量:1

摘要 背景:Graves病是一种常见的自身免疫疾病。目的:阐述甲状腺相关性眼病的分子机制最新进展。方法:该综述主要着眼于甲状腺相关眼病可能的分子机制,并建议如何以这些理论提供治疗靶点的未来发展方向。结果与结论:遗传、表观遗传和环境因素都是Graves病和甲状腺相关眼病的致病因素。眼眶成纤维细胞表面表达多种细胞表面受体,可能参与T细胞和B细胞浸润的炎症反应。以往研究尽管做了许多尝试来开发建立尽管做了许多尝试来开发建立Graves病的动物模型,但基本不成功,因为他们不能出现甲状腺相关眼病的眼部表现。尽管做了许多尝试来开发建立格雷夫斯病的动物模型,但基本不成功,因为他们不能出现甲状腺相关眼病的眼部表现。动物模型的不断完善和进一步了解甲状腺相关眼病的发病机制,将有助于更好地进行甲状腺相关眼病的临床治疗。
