调和沥青对改性沥青性能的影响

摘要 以A,B沥青为基质沥青,LG 501 S为改性剂,制备了改性沥青并考察了改性剂用量及沥青调和比对改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明,在不同改性剂的用量下,B沥青的性能优于A沥青,且随着m(A沥青)/m(B沥青)(调和比,下同)的降低,改性沥青各项性能逐渐变优;当调和比为50∶50、改性剂用量为4.4%时,能生产满足I-D指标要求的改性沥青。随着改性剂用量的增加,SBS在沥青中粒径及分布率变大;随着m(A沥青)/m(B沥青)的降低,SBS在沥青中的粒径减小,分布率变大。 The effect of modified asphalt amount and (harmonic ratio of asphalt)on the performance of modified asphalt prepared by A,B asphalt as matrix asphalts and LG 501 S as modifier was investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of different amount of modifiers, the performance of B asphalt was superior to that of A asphalt, and with the decreasing m ( A asphalt)/m ( B asphalt) ( har- monic ratio) , all the performance indexes of modi- fied asphalt were gradually better. Under the condi-tions of harmonic ratio 50:50, amount of modified asphalt 4.4%, the modified asphalt meeting the standard I - D index could be produced. With the increasing of amount of modified asphalt, particle size and dispersion ratio of SBS in modified asphalt rose ; with the decreasing of m ( A asphalt) ./m ( B asphalt) ,particle size lowered and dispersion ratio increased.
