不同晶粒大小ZSM-5分子筛在渣油裂化过程的反应性能 被引量:3

Reaction performance of ZSM-5 with different particle sizes in residual cracking process

摘要 在催化裂化评价装置(ACE)上考察了组成、形貌相近及晶粒大小不同的ZSM-5分子筛对渣油反应性能的影响。结果表明,加入含有大晶粒ZSM-5分子筛的助剂后,催化剂转化率下降2.2个百分点,汽油产率下降5.63个百分点,液化气产率增加3.93个百分点,汽油中烷烃含量降低4.21个百分点,芳烃含量增加2.75个百分点,汽油研究法辛烷值(RON)增加了0.99个单位。与含有大晶粒分子筛的助剂相比,加入含有小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛的助剂后,催化剂转化率增加1.39个百分点,汽油产率降低了2.00个百分点,液化气产率增加了3.02个百分点,汽油中烷烃和烯烃含量分别降低了1.73,1.07个百分点,汽油中芳烃增加了2.82个百分点,汽油RON增加了0.38个单位。 The effect of composition, similar mor- phology and different crystalline grain sizes of ZSM- 5 zeolite on reaction performance of residual oil was investigated in an advanced cracking evaluation (ACE) unit. The results showed that after adding the additive containing ZSM -5 zeolite with larger crystalline grain, conversion of catalyst and yield of gasoline decreased by 2.2 and 5.63 percent points respectively, and yield of liquefied gas increased by 3.93 percent points;paraffins content of gasoline dropped by 4.21 percent points, and aromatics content and the research octane number(RON) rose by 2.75 percent points and 0.99 units, separately. The additive containing ZSM - 5 zeolite with smaller crystalline grain in comparison to that with larger crystalline grain, conversion of cata- lyst and yield of liquefied petroleum gas increased by 1.39 percent points and 3.02 percent points respec- tively, yield, paraffins and olefins contents of gasoline lowered by 2. 00,1.73 and 1.07 percent points individually, and aromatics and RON of that enhanced by 2. 82 percent points and 0. 38 units in turn.
