地方高校交换生学籍管理信息化路径探析

随着高等教育大众化进程加速,以促进高校国际化发展、提高人才培养质量、丰富大学生"第二校园"学习经历为目的的交换生培养被越来越多高校广泛推行。通过分析交换生管理现状,以存在问题为导向,通过完善学籍管理制度、加强新媒体建设、构建学籍管理信息化平台、建立结构合理的电子档案、实施全程互动的学籍管理等途径,实现地方高校交换生学籍管理信息化,为提升管理效能及人才培养质量,提供可靠的制度保障和系统支持。

With the acceleration of higher education popularization, in order to promote the internationalization of colleges and universities, to improve the quality of personnel training, and to enrich the students＇ ＂second campus＂ learning experience, the exchange student programs are more and more widely implemented in colleges and universities. By analyzing the present situation of exchange students management and being oriented in the existing problems, the article proposes to improve students＇ register management system, strengthen the construction of the new media, construct students＇ register management platform, establish a reasonable structure of electronic records, and implement interactive management of students＇ register. Only in this way can we realize the informatization of exchange students＇ register management in local colleges and universities, and provide reliable system support to improve the management efficiency and talent training quality.
