旅游景区孤岛效应理论研究

A Theoretical Study of the Isolated Island Effects of Tourist Attractions

伴随着旅游业发展,"孤岛现象"在旅游景区中日益凸显,景区和社区的差异越来越大,景区和社区的矛盾不断激发,成为阻碍景区和社区可持续发展的重要问题。厘清旅游景区孤岛效应概念,对分析旅游景区孤岛的成因、类型、特征、演化等问题,构建旅游景区孤岛效应的理论框架有重要价值。一是对建立旅游景区与周边社区协调发展模式,调解"景区—社区"二元结构矛盾有现实意义;二是能抑制旅游景区孤立发展的极化效应,为发挥旅游景区的扩散效应提供理论指导。

With the development of tourism industry,the phenomenon of ＂isolated island＂ has become increasingly prominent in tourist attractions. There are more and more differences between tourist attractions and communities,and the contradiction stimulated constantly between them has become a major obstacle to their sustainable development. Starting from clarifying the concept of isolated island effects of tourist attractions,this article analyzes the causes,types,characteristics,and evolution of the isolated islands of tourist attractions to construct a theoretical framework of the isolated island effects of tourist attractions, and provide theoretical guidance for establishing a coordinated development mode between tourist attractions and surrounding communities,mediating the dual-structure contradiction between them,controlling the polarization effects of the isolated development of tourist attractions,and giving play to the diffusion effects of tourist attractions.
