摘要
本文从档案的发展，档案工作与精神文明建设的关系，精神文明建设对档案工作的内在要求进行探讨，从而说明档案工作要适应精神文明建设的需要，促进社会的全面进步。
The author,from the relations among the file development, file work and spiritual civilization construction, discusses the the work effect on spiritual civilization construction and the inner requirements of file work, showing file work should meet the needs of spiritual civilization construction to promote the advancement fo society.
