摘要在医疗资源分配领域,年龄主义的分配政策主张我们应当在一定程度上优先照顾较年轻者。存在三种合理形式的年龄主义观点,这三种年龄主义可以得到丹尼尔斯和德沃金的分配正义理论的支持。但即使年龄主义分配政策是符合代际公平的,这并不意味着我们可以对老年人的需要置之不理。我们必须确保老年人都能得到充分的初级卫生保健、保守治疗和临终关怀。 When it comes to allocation of health care resources,ageists insist that the allocation policy should give certain priority to the younger ones. There exist three views about it,supported by Daniels and Dworkin＇s distribution theory. It doesn＇t mean the elderly should be overlooked even though the ageist distribution policy does conform to the intergenerational impartiality. Instead,adequate primary health care,conservative treatment and ultimate concern should be guaranteed for the senior citizens.
