人民银行地方征信数据库建设的实践与思考——以山东省菏泽市为例

Practice and Thoughts on the Construction of PBC Local Credit Information Database——A Case of Heze City,Shandong Province

根据中国人民银行菏泽市中心支行小微企业及农村征信数据库建设的试点情况,总结探索基层人民银行在两类征信数据库建设方面的经验,分析当前两类地方征信数据库建设中存在的问题和制约因素,认为应尽快制定出台两类征信数据库建设工作指导意见,加强两类征信数据库功能建设,以改进和完善两类地方征信数据库。

Based on the pilot construction of Heze City PBC small and micro enterprises（ SME） and the rural credit information database,the paper explores and summarizes the experiences and practices that can be learnt from grassroots branches of the People＇s Bank of China in the construction of two types of credit information database,and analyzes the existing problems and constraints during the construction of the two types of local credit information database. It is believed that guidance on the construction of the two types of credit information database should be promulgated as soon as possible,so as to strengthen functional construction of the two types of credit information database and improve two kinds of local credit information database.
