为了更好的适应现代企业对应用型人才的需求,以培养应用型人才为教育宗旨,新余学院机械工程学院开展了《塑料成型工艺与模具设计》课程的教学改革与研究。理论教学方面,通过工作任务来驱动和组织教学过程,教学过程中穿插企业工程训练;实践教学方面,通过校内实验、校内外学科竞赛、校外企业工程训练、校企合作等方面来进行课程的应用型改革与研究。
