HPLC法同时测定补正片中虎杖苷、补骨脂素及异补骨脂素的含量

Determination of polydatin,psoralen and isopsoralen in buzheng tablets by HPLC

目的：建立补正片中虎杖苷、补骨脂素及异补骨脂素的液相色谱测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Venusil XBP C18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），采用甲醇-水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱；流速为0.8mL/min，检测波长为240nm。结果虎杖苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素在0.0627～1.881μg、0.01904～0.5712μg、0.0312～0.936μg范围内分别呈良好的线性关系（r=1），平均回收率（n=6）分别为102.3%、99.6%和103.6%，RSD分别为0.7%、1.5%和0.7%。结论本方法分析操作易行、结果可靠、重复性好，可用于补正片的质量控制。

ObjectiveTo establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of polydatin, psoralen and isopsoralen in Buzheng tablets by HPLC.Methods HPLC was performed on a Venusil XBP C18 column（250mm×4.6mm, 5m）.The mobile phase was Methanol-water at the flow rate of 0.8mL/min,The detection wave length was 240nm.Results There was a good linearity at the range of 0.0627~1.881μg for polydatin, 0.01904~0.5712μg for Psoralen, and 0.0312~0.936μg for isopsoralen. The average recoveries（n=6） were 102.3%, 99.6% and 103.6%, respectively. And RSDs were 0.7%、1.5% and 0.7%, respectively.ConclusionThe method is for the determination of easy operation, reliable results, and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of polydatin, psoralen and isopsoralen in Buzheng tablets.
