经阴道及经腹彩色超声诊断卵巢肿瘤的鉴别分析及价值

Differential diagnosis and value of vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in diagnosing ovarian cancer

目的：探讨经阴道及经腹彩色超声诊断卵巢肿瘤的鉴别分析及价值。方法选取我院2013年7月～2015年6月收治的86例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象。分别对其采用经阴道及经腹彩超诊断，并观察对比三种诊断方法的诊断结果。结果比较三种诊断方法的确诊率发现经阴道及经腹彩色超声联合检查的确诊率明显高于经阴道及经腹单独检查，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经阴道及经腹彩色超声联合检查的能有效提高卵巢肿瘤的确诊率，利于及早确诊治疗，提高患者生存率，值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the differential diagnosis and value of vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in diagnosing ovarian cancer.Methods 86 patients with ovarian cancer in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 were treated as an object of study. All the patients were diagnosed by vaginal color ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound and combination of vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal ultra respectively. The diagnostic results of the 3 methods were compared.Results Diagnosis rates of three diagnostic methods were compared, the diagnosis rate of combination of vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal ultra was found significantly higher than it of color ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound, the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionCombination of vaginal color ultrasound and abdominal ultra in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer can effectively improve the rate of diagnosis of ovarian cancer, beneficial to early diagnosis and treatment, improve patient survival, and should be promoted in the clinical.
