10天序贯疗法根除幽门螺旋杆菌感染临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of 10 days sequential therapy for the eradication of H.pylori infection

目的研究10d序贯疗法根除幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的100例Hp阳性患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,分别接受10d序贯疗法和传统三联疗法治疗,两组患者疗程均为10d。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗结束1个月后各项症状评分及总分变化,比较两组患者Hp根除率及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后腹痛,腹胀、嗳气,反酸、上腹烧灼感,恶心呕吐,纳差等各项症状评分及总分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),两组间症状评分无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者Hp根除率94.0%显著高于对照组Hp根除率66.0%(P<0.01);两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 10d序贯疗法用于治疗幽门螺杆菌感染可显著改善患者临床症状,同时提高Hp根除率,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To research the clinical effect of 10 days sequential therapy for the eradication of H. pylori infection.Methods 100 patients treated in our hospital with Hp eradication were divided into observation group and control group（each 50 patients）. The patients in observation group were given 10 days sequential therapy while the patients in control group were given standard triple therapy. The patients’ course in two groups were 10 days. The clinical symptom scores and total change were observed, the Hp eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptom scores which including abdominal pains, abdominal distension, eructation, acid regurgitation, burn feeling of upper abdomen, nausea and vomitting, inappetence etc of the 2 groups were all significantly improved after treatment（P〈0.01）, and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups after treatment（P〉0.05）. The Hp eradication rate of the observation group was 94.0%, and significantly higher than that of the control group of 66.0%（P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The application of 10 days sequential therapy for the eradication of H. pylori infection can significantly enhance the Hp eradication rate as well as improve the clinical symptom, which is an effective and secure therapy.
