摘要
近年来,国外一流大学为了提高本科教学质量,提高人才培养质量,从教学理念、教学模式和教学管理等方面进行探索与改革。在本科教学理念方面,树立全面性、创新型、国际化的人才观;开放性教学思想;树立教师发展理念,建立教师发展体系。在本科教学模式方面,探索跨学科专业和多学科专业的人才培养;采用信息化教学模式;调整教学方法和教学组织形式。在本科教学管理方面,注重学生自我成长与发展;调动教师的积极性。这些改革举措和要求都极富时代感和针对性,对我国大学建设一流本科教学有重要的启发意义。
The foreign first-class university has taken strategies and measures to reIorm ano re-construct undergraduate teaching in order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and talent training in recent years, which include new development of teaching theories, changes of teaching modes and reform of teaching management systems. In teaching theories, university has set up comprehensive, innovative and international world outlook; open teaching thoughts; established faculty development thought and system. In teaching models, university has explored inter-disciplines and multi-disciplines talents training; informationized teaching model; adjusted teaching methods and forms of teaching organization. In teaching management, university has focus on student self-development; mobilized faculty enthusiasm. The trends reflect the new direction and ideas of undergraduate teaching of the foreign first-class universities, and can be valuable references for undergraduate teaching construction of the first-class universities in China.
