我国高校基金会发展态势--基于我国高校基金会财务数据分析

The Influencing Factors of Endowment Income and the Development Trend of Universities Foundation——Based on the financial data of universities foundation

完善高校基金会运作,吸收更多社会捐赠是目前高校增加经费收入的一个重要渠道。通过调研,主要来自我国113个"211工程"和"985工程"高校2010—2013年基金会的数据表明,我国高校基金会的发展态势良好,但投资力度不足、收入主要来源于捐赠收入、自创能力比较弱、投资收益占收入的比例低,但年度投资总额、投资收益趋于递增趋势,捐赠收入趋于递减的趋势。

As China＇s financial slowdown, the growth of universities receiving funding has been limited, how colleges and universities by taking the initiative to improve the operation of the foundation, absorbing more social donation income, easing the tension of education funding, is imperative. This paper analyzes the main problems of college foundation, namely inadequate investment colleges foundation, the main income coming from donations income, own relatively weak, lower investment income accounted for the proportion of income. Even so, the total annual investment return on investment trend is increasing ,decreasing tends to donate income, indicating the development trend of Chinese universities foundation is good. This paper has analyzed the factors that influence our colleges foundation donated income, trying to prove that annual financing costs colleges foundation.
