对高等职业教育考试招生的若干思考--以新高考改革为视角

Thoughts on Examination and Enrollment Institution of Higher Vocational Education——From the Perspective of the New Reform of College Entrance Examination

高职院校长期依附于普通高校统一考试招生制度进行招生,影响了高职教育作为一个独立高等教育体系的发展壮大。高职教育现存考试内容不科学、不公平,考试方式单一,招生批次"低本一等"等问题。新高考改革提出提高"职业技能"的考试内容占比,探索多元录取机制改革,推进"文化素质+职业技能"的评价方式,进一步适应了高职的人才培养需要。为此,高职教育应推动其体系的"纵向贯通、横向融通",以专业建设为主线,突出课程教学的职业特色,建立"校企合作、产教融合"的办学模式,从专业撤并、院校调整切入推进现代职业学校治理。

Higher vocational education enrolls students in college entrance examination, which has impacteu on higher vocational education＇s development as an independent higher education system. The problems of lack of scientificity and unfairness in content of examination, untied examination, ＂lower than undergraduate education＂ in enrollment level. Reform on college entrance examination proposes that raising the rate of ＂professional skill＂, exploring multiple enrollments mechanism, boosting ＂cultural quality＋professional skills＂ evaluation method, to get used to talents training in vocational education. Therefore, we should promote ＂vertical- connected and horizontal-integrated＂ in vocational educational system, build professional education as mainline, highlight vocational characteristic in courses and teaching and establish ＂cooperation between school and enterprise and integration of production and education＂ teaching model, promote modern vocational college governance from profession＇s cancel and combination, and adjustment in schools and colleges.
