摘要
针对光电跟踪仪的检测需求及传统检测方法存在的不足,提出了一种创新的检测思路,研制出小型便携的检测设备。阐述了检测设备总体方案设计及技术指标要求。采用基于离轴非球面的二次折叠光路、高精度二维运动靶标机构及双波段可切换光源,实现了体积小、精度高的动态目标模拟器。采用工控机、步进电机驱动控制器及MPS-010602数据采集卡,实现了对目标模拟器的轨迹控制和对装备信号的采集与处理。各项指标通过了性能检测,取得了理想的应用效果。
In allusion to the demands to the test equipment for photoelectric tracker system and the disadvantages of the traditional test method,a creative test method is proposed,and a por test equipment is developed. The overall design scheme and the technology guidelines of the test equipment are presented. By using the optic design of off-axis aspheric surface folded light path,two-dimensional,high-accuracy moving target mechanism,and dual-band switchable light source,a dynamic target simulator is realized,which has small volume and high precision. Based on industrial control computer,driving controller of step motors and MPS-010602 data acquisition card,the trajectory control to the target simulator and the signal acquisition /processing are realized. All of the indexes are eligible,and the application of the test equipment is successful.
