摘要
将综合设计性实验引入到药物分析课程中,结合学校实验条件,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定加味香连丸中盐酸小檗碱和巴马汀的含量,并进行系统适用性试验和方法学考察。指导学生自行设计实验方案、完成实验内容、总结实验过程并进行实验结果讨论。旨在改变传统实验教学方案,提高学生探索精神,锻炼学生创新思维,培养出更符合社会需要的药学专业型人才。
The comprehensive design experiments was introduced to pharmaceutical analysis course. Combined with experimental conditions,the content of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine in Jiaweixianglian pills were determined simultaneously by HPLC,the test and methodology of system suitability were carried out. Students were guided to design the experimental program,complete the experimental contents,summarize the experimental process and discusse the experimental results. The aim is to change the traditional teaching method,improve students＇ exploration spirit,train students＇ innovative thinking,and cultivate more professional talents with the social needs.
