摘要
高校科研经费是科学研究顺利实施的重要支撑,如何用好管好科研经费是科研、财务、基层管理者共同探讨的课题。本文从科研经费的源头及过程管理切入,分析高校研究型实验室科研经费的构成特点及管理现状,通过强化实验室基层经费管理制度、多视角探索经费管理方法、加强人与人的沟通等管理措施,统筹安排,动态管理,合理配置资源,促进实验室科研经费有序规范使用,有效提高科研经费的利用率,实现实验室科研经费在高校科研经费管理中的可操作和可监督性,为高校科研经费合理利用和良性循环提供借鉴与参考。
University scientific research funding is an important support of scientific research going on well,how to manage and use scientific research funding properly is a problem that scientific managers,financial managers and fundamental managers should discuss together. From the source of scientific research fund and the process management,this article aims to analyze the constitution features and current management situation of scientific research funding in university research-oriented laboratory. Through some control measures such as strengthen laboratory fundamental funds management,the article explores funds managements with multi-viewpoint,Enhancing the personal communication can help to promote the use of laboratory research funds properly. The article provides a reference of rational utilization and positive circle for university research funding.
