新校区实验室建设规范设计的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Laboratory Planning and Construction in New Campus

高校实验室建设是培养创新人才、提升科学研究水平、支撑学科建设及开展社会服务的迫切需要。由于高校实验室建设规范新设计工作起步较晚,缺乏实践经验,还存在重视不够、投入不足、思路不清、队伍不强、体制不顺等诸多方面的突出问题,影响和制约了实验室建设的可持续发展。高等院校要进一步加强实验室建设,就必须坚持高起点的顶层设计,规划好实验室;坚持高标准的专业建设,整合好实验室。现以我校新校区二期工程建设为重要契机,分析了现有实验室设计的一些弊端,对如何做好实验室建筑的规划、设计等工作方面进行初步探索,为我校实验室设计提出了规范性要求,从而保障新校区实验室建设的顺利进行,为实现新时期"科技强校梦"奠定良好的平台基础。

Laboratory construction in colleges and universities is pivotal to cultivate innovative talents,enhance the level of scientific research,support the urgent needs of the subject construction and social services. Because the new design work of university laboratory construction specification started late,practical experience lacked,there are lots problems such as the under-funded,unclear thinking,weak team,unsuitable system,and so on. These problems influenced and restricted the sustainable development of the laboratory construction. Colleges and universities shall further strengthen the laboratory construction,and insist on at the top design with a high starting point,make a good plan for laboratory construction,and adhere to high standards of professional and integrating good laboratory. With the chance of the second phase of our new campus construction,the paper analyzes the drawbacks existed in laboratory design,laboratory work and architectural planning. It also makes design and preliminary exploration. Regulatory requirements are given for the laboratory design to ensure the smooth construction of laboratories in new campus. It can make a foundation for the realization of ＂strong science and technology school dream＂in the new era.
