离合词是汉语中非常有特色的一类词,在两岸的使用中有较大的差异。调查显示,大陆普通话离合词的数量以及可离析形式的种类远多于台湾"国语",使用频率也高出许多。两岸离合词使用中最明显的差异主要表现在"趋向"类离合词以及当离合词与补语和与动态助词"过"共现时的用法差异。离合词的口语性比较强,与普通话通俗化、大众化整体精神和表达取向的切合度较高,而与台湾"国语"的"守旧"取向切合度较低,这是造成其两岸差异的最重要原因。

Separable verbs has a strong oral tendency,which highly corresponds with the orientation of popularization in Mandarin,while shows a relative low correspondence with the conservative tendency in Taiwan＇s Mandarin,this is the most important reason that makes the differences across The Strait.
