基于灰熵的冷链生产现场决策评价方法

Method of Cold Chain Production Site Decision-making Based on Grey Entropy

为了提高果蔬类冷链企业的管理水平和运作效率,构建了冷链生产现场决策评价体系,并给出了各评价指标的量化标准。在此基础上,运用熵增原理和灰色关联分析方法,建立了冷链生产现场灰熵综合评价模型。结合某冷链配送中心现场评价实例说明了其应用,结果表明使用灰熵理论对冷链配送中心的生产现场进行评价决策,能够获得比较理想的评估效果。

To improve the management level and operational efficiency of the fruit and vegetable cold chain enterprises , the decision evaluation infrastructure of the cold chain production site is established , and the quantitative criteria for each evaluation index is given .The grey entropy comprehensive evaluation model of cold chain production is established on this basis by using the principle of entropy and grey correlation a -nalysis method .The application of a cold chain distribution center site evaluation is illustrated as an exam-ple , and the results shows that evaluation and decision making of cold chain distribution center production site is able to obtain an approving evaluation results .
