基于云理论的某信息系统操作使用评估

Operation Evaluation of Information System Based on Cloud Theory

文章建立了某信息系统操作使用评估的指标体系，该操作使用评估指标体系包含有定量指标和定性指标，针对该指标体系的复杂性，提出了基于云理论的操作使用评估方法，该方法可以在定量指标和定性指标间相互转换。通过求各指标的指标权重和云模型表征，实现了操作使用评估。实例表明，该方法简单易行，可作为同类指标体系的参考。

This paper builds evaluation index system of information system operation. The index system of operation includes quantitative index and qualitative index. An advanced evaluation method of operation based on cloud theory is put forward for the complexity of this index system and can transform between quantitative index and qualitative index. Evaluation of operation is effected by calculating the weight and the cloud model token of each index. The example shows that the method is feasible and simple, and it can offer reference for same index system.
